Selection criteria available:
- Current energy consumption by specific band or a multiple thereof
- Current energy consumption by numeric rating or a multiple thereof
- Potential energy consumption by specific band or a multiple thereof
- Potential energy consumption by numeric rating or a multiple thereof
- Comparison of current verses potential to ascertain those properties with a small (under 10 increases in rating), medium (10 to 20 increase in rating), or large variance (over 20 increase in rating).
